Mom Body and Sol started off as a Holistic Doula business in 2015.
Supporting women in Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum by helping them achieve THEIR birth & afterbirth experience is one of my greatest passions. Living in harmony & as close to nature as possible, while honouring & aknowledging its sacred indigenous derivative roots, is also of great passion to me.
Creating a line of care products specifically for Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum was a perfect rebirth for Mom Body and Sol; I have been making these products for my own family & clients for years now, and truly appreciate and love the healing that comes from crafting these products.

Education Backround:
I am trained as a Herbalist through Hearts of Herbs, as well as a Certified Holistic Doula through The Matrona, after two prior trainings with Birth Arts International & Bebo Mia. I have attended over 20 births and have extensive knowledge and training in Birth Education, Breastfeeding, Plant Medicines & Holistic Living as a whole.
Mom Body and Sol is very passionate about supporting marginalized groups & dismantaling systems of oppression, inequities & injustice in the birth space, and all spaces.
