This Magnesium Lotion is combined with a high ratio of Grass Fed & Finished Tallow, Avocado Oil, Shea & mango Butter, Beeswax & Lavender Essential oil (unless you choose the sensitive version which contains NO essential oils) 
Magnesium is integral to our bodies optimal functioning ; aiding in better sleep, disgestive health, hormone function and overall homeostasis in the body. 
I combine highly concentrated magnesium brine (made with quality magnesium chloride flakes sourced from ancient minerals , dissolved in distilled water ) with soothing oils and butters for easier , and soothing application . 
Magnesium brine can be used by itself , but some users report itchy skin, so creating a lotion allows for a gentler application while still providing generous levels of magnesium.

Each teaspoon of lotion contains Approx 148mg of Elemental Magnesium 
Note : Although this recipe contains water ingredients, there is no need for preservatives. The high ratio of magnesium chloride brine, acts as a natural preservative much like a salted solution. The shelf life is Approx 6 months to a year .
Apply to bottoms of feet, or any other area sparingly 💜
